​Bairbre is a DONA trained Birth and Postnatal doula, GentleBirth instructor, a pregnancy massage therapist and Birth Trauma Resolution therapist. She is a mother of four, grandmother of 2 and has had broad experience of the birthing system both here and in the UK. She passionately believes that all women should have the opportunity to give birth in a supported positive environment where they feel listened to and respected.  She is privileged to attend births with women in the West of Ireland in Galway, Portiuncula, Limerick and Castlebar Hospitals.

​Áine completed the DONA International Birth Doula Training in October 2015 with Gentle Birth founder Tracy Donegan. This training workshop and on-going certification process help develop the understanding and knowledge she has gained in the Irish birth community since her own first pregnancy in 2008.  The journey with her own 2 daughters and the birth experiences of friends and clients have confirmed her passion to support mothers and their families in their own unique birth story.  Áine is also an IAMI certified Infant Massage Instructor.

Michelle is a DONA trained Postnatal Doula, an IAMI certified Infant Massage Instructor and an early years educator & carer. She is a mother of two who has worked with families of babies and young children for over 20 years. Michelle brings with her all this experience and knowledge to support women and the family unit in transitioning to life with a newborn in a positive way. Michelle also has experience working with families of twins. ​

Mairéad is a DONA trained Birth and Postnatal Doula and mother to three young daughters.  Her aim is to support, inform and nurture you through pregnancy, labour, delivery and life with your new baby.  She believes the experience should be a positive one for every woman in which they feel safe, cared for and listened to. She is very passionate about supporting women in the fourth trimester as they transition in to their role as new mothers. She has a special interest in helping families adjust to life with twins and multiples.
